Frequently Asked Questions - Nerf Kids Party
Q1. At what age do you offer Nerf parties?
We offer Nerf parties starting from 6 years old, and up to adults.
Q2. What are the venue requirements?
The space should be at least 10x10 meters. We need access to electricity to inflate/deflate the inflatables we bring, and we require 30 minutes before and after the activity to set up and pack up the equipment.
We also request suitable parking so that our coordinator can easily load and unload the materials.
Q3. Can children bring their own Nerf guns?
We provide Nerf guns, but children can bring their own if they wish. We ask that the guns are labeled with their names.
Q4. Can more than 30 players participate?
Yes, the packages allow for up to 30 players. Any additional players will cost €6 per person.
Q5. Can adults participate?
Yes, adults can participate, but they will be counted within the group of 0-20 players.
Q6. Are spectators allowed?
We ask that parents leave the room during the Nerf party due to the possibility of loose Nerf darts. If the activity is outdoors, they can watch from a safe distance.
Q7. Do you provide food?
Food is not included in our packages, but most venues can provide food and a party room.
Q8. Is there a break for eating?
No, we play throughout the event with short breaks for water, but we don’t have designated meal breaks. Typically, food and cake are enjoyed after the Nerf party ends.
Q9. Are Nerf parties safe?
Yes, we provide safety goggles to all participants, which must be worn at all times. Additionally, we emphasize responsible play, avoiding shots to the head.
The coordinator will give a safety briefing before the game starts.
Q10. I’ve paid the deposit, when is the rest due?
The remaining balance should be paid in cash on the day of the event and handed directly to the coordinator.
Q11. Will I be contacted before the Nerf event?
You will receive a text message from our office before the event with the name and contact number of the coordinator so you have their details on the day of the activity.
Q13. I ordered party decorations for the Nerf party, when will I receive them?
The party decorations will be delivered on the same day when the coordinator arrives.
Q14. What should the kids wear on the day of the event?
We recommend sportswear and comfortable sneakers.
