Q1. From what age do you offer Nerf parties?
We offer Nerf parties starting from age 6, and they’re also suitable for adults.
Q2. What are the space requirements?
The space must be at least 10×10 meters. We need access to electricity to inflate/deflate the inflatables we bring, and we require 30 minutes before and after the activity to set up and pack away the equipment.
We also ask for adequate parking so our coordinator can easily load and unload the equipment.
Q3. Can children bring their own Nerf blasters?
We provide Nerf blasters, but children are welcome to bring their own if they wish. We ask that the blasters are labeled with their names.
Q4. Can more than 20 players participate?
Yes, our packages allow up to 20 players. Any additional players will have a cost of €6 per person.
Q5. Can adults participate?
Yes, adults can participate, but they will be counted within the group of 0-30 players.
Q6. Are spectators allowed?
We ask that parents leave the room during the Nerf party due to the possibility of stray Nerf darts. If the activity takes place outdoors, they can observe from a safe distance.
Q7. Do you provide food?
Food is not included in our packages, but most venues can provide food and a room for the party.
Q8. Is there a break for eating?
No, we play for the entire duration of the event, with short water breaks, but we don’t stop for meals. Usually, food and cake are enjoyed after the Nerf party ends.
Q9. Are Nerf parties safe?
Yes, we provide safety goggles for all participants, which must be worn at all times. We also emphasize responsible play, avoiding headshots.
The coordinator will start with a safety briefing before the game begins.
Q10. I’ve paid the deposit; when is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the event and handed directly to the coordinator.
Q11. Will I be contacted before the Nerf event?
You will receive a text message from our office before the event with the coordinator’s name and contact number so you have their details on the day of the activity.
Q12. I’ve ordered decorations for the Nerf party; when will I receive them?
The party decorations will be delivered on the same day when the coordinator arrives.
Q13. What should children wear on the day of the event?
Ideally, they should wear sportswear and comfortable sneakers.
